Another Day, another project

Since I plan to be doing a lot more analog photography this year I wanted to start by cataloging my cameras. Then I plan to try to shoot with each so that I can record any flaws or issues that each camera has. I already had to order new film spools for a few of the cameras and I will have to roll film for them since its a size that isn’t made any more. This is the camera I started working with yesterday.

The Mamiya RB67 was first introduced in 1970. It is a medium format film camera that offered a 6x7 frame format. The back is also easily removed to be able to add a Polaroid back to it. It was considered a top of the line studio camera in its time. It is heavy so not very easy to carry around for on the go shooting.

For more information an awesome article about this camera was written in 2020 by James Madison with F/Stoppers (Link to article)
